On May 6, the administration team of Custom Satisfaction(CS) started collecting applications for volunteers for a program to monitor services at DongGuk University(DGU) for students.  Applicants do not need special qualifications but they simply answer questions like 'Why are you motivated to apply for this work?'  The first group of volunteers has been selected from the applicants and are expected to start working from June to December 2008. 
  The followings are the teams responsibilities for developing DGU's services; (1) Monitor and report on DGU's services for education, administration and school affairs  (2) Hear students' complaints and investigate their demands.  (3) Present students' opinions to the administration of DGU.  (4) Participate in a forum for the better CS or regular workshop held once a month.
  DGU was the first university to apply this kind of program.  As soon as Oh Young-kyo was inaugurated as the president of DGU, he established CS before any other program in his 'Strategies of 108 Projects'.  This follows his motto, "students are customers", and shows DGU's commitment to a change for the better in monitoring student's needs.
