Dongguk University LINC 3.0 Project Group won two awards at the "2022 Industry-Academic Cooperation EXPO" hosted by the Ministry of Education.
"2022 Industry-Academic Cooperation EXPO" is an industry-academic cooperation program between universities and companies, and was held for the 14th time this year to strengthen education and research capabilities with the aim of sustainable cooperation development. Dongguk University LINC 3.0 Project Group has been outstanding in industry-academia cooperation for 14 years since 2009 under the "HUNIC Project for Industry-Academic Cooperation Human Resources Development." In particular, this year, they won the commendation from the Minister of Education for merit in industry-academic cooperation and the excellence award in the video content contest for the industry-academia-linked curriculum.
Yoon Byung-woon, head of Dongguk University's LINC 3.0 project group, received the Minister of Education's commendation for his contribution to fostering industry-academic cooperation by developing an industry-led online course and establishing a global-based industry-academic cooperation education model.
Park Joon-hyun (Junior, Department of Semiconductor Science) won the Excellence Award in the video content contest for the industry-academia-linked curriculum for his witty video of the team project.
Jung Young-sik, head of LINC 3.0 project team said, "We will do our best to foster human resources based on industry-academic cooperation, continue to produce human resources that create social demand, and expand the operation of the industry-academic cooperation joint curriculum."
