From November 13th to the 16th, there will be the College of Engineering’s festival. In the festival companies and students will participate. Dongguk planned this festival to stress the importance of the University Industry Cooperation. Also, this will show how our students’ education and the College of Engineering are developing. In addition, this festival will also spread what University Industry Cooperation is all about.
On the first day, the 13th, there will be DGU Entrepreneurship Festival and about 300 people will participate. First, experts will come here and give lectures. Then, famous people who have achieved things for the foundation will come and tell their stories how they have accomplished their goals. After that, there will be a quiz or other things for students to partake in. This was also held last year. With these, Dongguk is trying to encourage students to participate in the festival. There will also be special programs during the festival. For example, there are the My Pride Dongguk Heart and Soul Concert; a Seminar of University Industry Cooperation, and Exhibit of Capstone Design and much, much more.
The goal of University Industry Cooperation is to connect industry with the university. Just the name itself represents, the Dongguk University Industry Cooperation has planned this festival and tried to make students and industries come closer together. With the College of Engineering’s festival, students who are majoring in Engineering will learn more and get ideas how to get closer to their dreams.
