On March 21, the 13th Dongguk Forum entitled "Innovative Idea for 21C University Education?was held at Ambassador Hotel. President Oh Young-kyo and 81 alumni participated in the forum which emphasized his Innovation plans and the 108 project. He said, "The two main purposes for a university's existence are to develop competitive academic programs and to produce many talented graduates. Just developing academic programs, is not enough.?

He stressed that "DU should give up all the old system that interferes with its development. We should establish a new system. And I am going to realize this dream through the 108 project.? President Oh promised the alumni that DU would produce more competitive and talented students. He also said that he would construct an effective school system and encourage students to participate directly in school management.
