Guidance on the operation of the research laboratory internship credit system for the spring semester of 2024 has been announced.
The purpose of the program is to improve the rate of undergraduate students entering Dongguk University's graduate school and enhance their ability to adapt to research activities in advance. All applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
- Students enrolled in 6 semesters or more who are planning to enter graduate school
- A total grade point average of 3.5 or higher (3.0 or higher for bachelor's and master's integrated program students)
- Recommended by a faculty member
The application period is from February 5 to March 8, 2024. Students must note that they cannot exceed the maximum number of undergraduate credits per semester and cannot take individual research (1 credit) in the same semester. In addition, students can take only 6 credits of graduate courses in the same semester, including research internships, and the earned credits are included in the bachelor's graduation credits, and are also recognized as general graduate completion credits (up to 9 credits) only if they exceed the bachelor's graduation credits.
