Buddhism study in Tibet

Introduction- I am just an ordinary Tibetan follower of the great master Buddha under Sera Mahayana Monastic University in India for 18 years and attained an Iharam geshe degree (doctorate in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy).  I have nothing more to contribute but thought its more helpful to let you know about how the Tibetan monks take part in the great university. MONASTERY-Among the four different tradition Buddhist in Tibet according to the Gelukpa there are three great sutra monastic university called Gaden, Drepung and Sera. And two great tantra monastic universities called gyud-mey & gyud-toe. Gaden is the first largest Tibetan monks community and is established by the great lord Tsong-Khapa in year 1409.In both sutra and tantra we have today to learn and to see his own well confidently compose 18 great scripture in Tibetan. Since 1959 in Tibet Gaden there are almost 3300 monks and now in India Gaden has above 3200monks DREPUNG was established by the Jamyang choje tashi palden in 1416 year. There are 7700 monks in Tibetand now in India there is above 3500 monks. SERA-Is established by the great Jey Jamchen Choejey Shakya Yeshi in 1419 year. Before 1959 in Tibet this monastery has 5500 monks and now in India there is about 4200. Since up to 1959. Many far and near from different part of Tibet, India, Nepal and Mongol comes to do study in these monasteries. Institutional education and attaining degree systems of these monasteries are following as the great ancient Nalanda Buddhist University In India. EDUCATION PROGRAM-Today in these monasteries in India has two different sections for doing study, PHILOSOPHICAL AND MODERN EDUCATION. The new young monks can do study in modern education formerly the philosophy. Philosophical education program is divided into two session called debate and non-debate session. During the debate session monks gives mainly interest in doing conversation on several of Buddhist text and its different meanings and method of five major Buddhist texts. During the non-debate session given interest on memorizing the root sutra of the individual course following the different masters to learn about the philosophy. PROFESSION AFTER 18 YEARS COURSE-first choice to live whole life as an ascetic just. Second choose to take a responsibility to develop monastery education, and third take a part lecturing jobs in the higher studies institute and also take part in different country to serve the people. Usually these monks take responsibility of the external necessaries of the monastery. PERSONAL VIEWS-During my whole 19 years study in Buddhist philosophy I just found the real state of Buddhism is to deal once own whole negative emotional and actions to tamped fully disciplined. And to do this is very much depend on thinks a fever and kindness of other beings only. Because our every single happiness is depend on the others. I can fluently to say, whom fight for the religion to hurt other is in fact not confident of their own religion. Today is not time for we religionist to fight for religion its a time to serve this world to save and for that we religionist should be comes close to each. At the end I just request to whole religion masters with two palms to comes close to each and serve this world through together.
