The Completion of Buddhist Historical Materials in the Chosun Dynasty Chronicle
 A seminar to commemorate the completion of Buddhist Historical Materials of the Chosun Dynasty Chronicle was held  on Feb. 12 at Dahyang Hall seminar room.
 A monk Bub-san, the head of the Buddhist Research Institute, spoke about the meaning of its completion at the seminar. He said that it was a big achievement because it had arranged the Buddhist records of the Chosun era. The president Song Suk-ku participated in the seminar and emphasized the importance of English translation for Buddhist studies.
 Kim Sang-hyun, Dept. of Historical Science at DU, expressed his view in his paper, "Task and Prospect of Chosun Buddhist History Studies."
 Lee Bong-Choon, Dept. of Buddhist Studies at DU, read his paper, "Influence of Chosun era's Ostracism Which is Considered by Chronicle."
 Kim Seung-ho, a professor in the Dept. of Korean Education at DU, read his paper, “Korean Literary Meaning and Use of Buddhist Historical Materials."
After the three professors' presentation, there were questions and answers between the speakers and the audience.
