 I remember the time when I applied to the Dongguk Post. Reporter of the Dongguk Post, which is selected through a large number of pre-tasks, tests, and interviews, made me predict that this activity would require a lot of time and effort in the future. As expected, working as a reporter at the Dongguk Post was not an easy task. Understanding the writing style and finding grammatical errors required a lot of efforts. In addition, it was not easy to find a suitable topic for the article. However, right before my retirement, my time at the Dongguk Post remains as a memory that made me grow significantly.

   During the period of activity, my writing ability improved. It has previously been full of subjective feelings. However, by writing articles, I could practice writing objective facts, which made me complete a persuasive article. Moreover, for me, it was difficult to use English consistently at university. However, writing articles on a regular basis contributed greatly to improve my English skills. The reason why the Dongguk Post is precious to me above all is thanks to the team members who shared difficult and happy moments together. I am sure that the present Post could exist because of the reporters who put their heart into every newspaper and did their best.

   Challenging a new thing comes with various difficulties, but in hindsight, every challenge seems to be worth it. A new challenge sometimes makes me want to give up, but after overcoming it, it has always been a very precious opportunity for myself. Starting with the challenge in the Dongguk post, I would grow up as an adult who tries new things without hesitation. The memories and people I met at the Dongguk Post for a year and a half will remain as the most precious ones that I made at university. Before I wrap up my Swan Song, I would like to say that I cherish all my colleagues who worked hard together and to the juniors who will lead the new Dongguk Post. Love you all soooo much!!!
