Dongguk International Summer School

This summer, Dongguk University (DU) provides a new International Summer School which offers two sessions. The first session is from June 28 to July 10 and the second session will be from July 12 to July 24. Professors from the U.S.A and China will be teaching and so will DU professors majoring in management and international trade.

This new program is designed for a program of 21st century global leaders and will focus on cutting-edge information in the era of globalization.

"This program will enable DU students to attend classes taught in English by foreign professors," said Kim Sang-yoo, who works for the Office of International Program & Education.

Subjects like global economy and Western & Asian culture will be included. All of the courses in the program will be counted as taking regular courses, courses like Developing International Trade and Investment Plans in the Management or International Trade major. The cost of the program is 100000 won per 1 credit. Two CEOs will be giving lectures in each session, and so DU students will be able to have some opportunities to have discussions with them.
