Recently, as the information-oriented society with significant advance of electronics industry develops, it is quite difficult for people to live without using smartphones. Smartphones, which are convenient to hold in one hand, account for a substantial portion of human life exceeding the means of contact. Accordingly, various cultures that allow people to communicate on the Internet such as “personal mobile broadcasting” are appearing. As it is made in the larger number, reverse effects are also appearing accordingly.

   I will take one well known issue as an example. In March, a Broadcasting Jockey (BJ) committed suicide, while making her own broadcasting on air. This news shocked people. The deceased BJ was suffering from too much stress caused by the discord in personal relations. In this circumstance, she spoke out her mind honestly. However, some of the viewers did not console but mocked her. This made the BJ make such an extreme choice, suicide.

   Because of the anonymity, which means that viewers cannot face the other party directly, some people speak unmentionable things without any hesitation. Such hateful comments are serious problems since they result in a lot of tragic accidents. Personal mobile broadcasting is spreading in many areas such as beauty, consulting about worries, food porn, and sharing daily life. However, viewers’ overextended negative reactions can break the broadcasters’ spirit.

   Regarding this point, I hope the miserable cases disappear by establishing intensive legal device punishing aggressive viewers. Communication is the most important part in the live broadcast. Especially as the BJs broadcast solely, it is quite necessary for them to communicate well with their viewers. It is surely not etiquette of the viewers to harm the BJs by using profanity, letting communicate alone. In order to solve this problem, the government and related industry should present a proper regulatory plan.

   Personal mobile broadcasting is a fruit of scientific development. As mobile broadcasting is expanding on and on, the viewers have to improve their behavior toward the broadcast so that this creation can be used in better way. In addition, personal mobile broadcasting can have positive atmosphere with cooperation, pleasure, and information sharing, not with violence, inflammation, and reproach.
