The 12th International Women's Film Festival in Seoul

The International Women’s Film Festival in Seoul 2010 (IWFFS 2010) on the catchphrase is ‘See the World through Women’s Eyes!’ 102 drama episodes of twenty-seven countries will show during festival period. You can meet these movies that dealing with various lifestyle of women’s viewpoint. This year subject is friendship and hospitality. This Festival is originally international Film Festival from April 1997 on the Seoul Metropolis. Also it is the nation’s largest international women’s film festival. Through IWFFS, we will connect with Asia and the world by being center of network. The first screening is ‘The Day Will Come’ produced by Susanne Schneider. Steve McCurry - Unguarded Moment
From April 9th, 2010 to May 30th, 2010, Seoul Se-jong Center, Art Museum exhibits the "Unguarded Moment" exhibition. Steve McCurry is famous professional photographer. Especially he was most known for the covers of the National Geographic ‘Girl of Afghan’ in 1985. Also he is photojournalist who including human right and the sanctity of life in photo. This exhibition will be divided 100 pieces photos into five sections. That is Place, Meaning, Art, Immanent Power and Composition. Steve McCurry photo exhibition convey diverse impression and stories to people.
