Alpha-girl Project at Dongguk
Woman Career-Development-Center has put into operation the 'Alpha-girl' project in the second semester of 2008. Its goal is to produce potential girls as competent women for leadership roles. Specifically, this project can increase not only students' confidence and communication abilities but also their physical strength. The program consists of four groups: the 'Seed Club', 'Sprout Club', 'Blossom Club', and  'Fruit Club'. Every girl starts at the 'Seed Club' and continues her way progressively to the 'Fruit Club'. Once they completed the four-level courses, they are awarded a certificate of 'Dongguk New Alpha-girl', DNA.
This project can expand their social connections after they graduate university. When they complete the program, it is believed that they will be able to pursue a successful woman's career. It helps students develop their positive mind, confident self-expression, strong commitment to their work, physically healthy bodies, and ultimately make talented and global women.
