On March 24, the General Affairs Service Team informed that they were initiating a new phone number for a unification of general service (under the extension number : 3119) for exclusive public service.  This system provides an efficient accessibility to general services.  These services deal with machinery (air conditioner, radiator, water supply and drainage, water purifier etc), electricity (electric light, electric heater, air conditioner, radiator etc), and maintenance (woodworking tools, landscaping, architecture etc).  These also include cleaning, guard services (security card), parking,  laboratorial equipment, picture and sound facilities, etc.  Don't forget to allow the General Affairs Service Team a week to process your request, especially, a sophisticated one.
