The winter season semester began on December 22nd. Meanwhile, due to a computer system failure at Dongguk University on December 21st, many services, including lecture evaluation and grade input, were not carried out normally. Accordingly, the school make a separate announcement as soon as the computer system restoration measures are completed. It was announced and said that the use of the service will be postponed until then.
As a result, students taking the winter seasonal semester, which starts on 22nd, had to suffer from discomfort. This is because eclass access, which requires access to take classes, was not smooth due to system failure. As a result, the school allowed students to access Webex by sending them address through personal email addresses, and in addition, professors gave separate emails and text messages to be able to access them.
Since confusion occurred due to system problems just before the start of the seasonal semester, the school took measures to ensure that attendance on the 22nd and 23rd was not disadvantageous in case they failed to attend the class due to a rush of guidance. Meanwhile, eclass was restored on the 26th, but students and professors are still suffering from inconvenience since e class is not linked to Webex. Meanwhile, the grade notice was postponed to the 29th due to the system failure.
