On April 4th, Kkiri-kkiri 4.13 Jogyesa Temple March Action Group (Kkiri-kkiri Group) and the 31st Operation Committe of the College of the Social Science held the 4.13 Jogye Rally. The Kkiri-kkiri Group was created by Midongchu (Dongguk Promotion Committee for the Future) to promote the purpose of the march and prepare the event. The purpose of the rally was opposing the intervention of Jogye order and requiring the resignation of President Han Tae-sik (Bogwa
ng).

At 11:15 A.M., Seo Eun-saem, the leader of the Kkiri-kkiri Group, opened the ceremony before the march at Manhae Square. She introduced the purpose of the rally and the activity of the Kkiri-kkiri Group. She offered a silent tribute saying, "Let us resolve to our seniors, who participated in 4.19 Revolution, that we will take their spirit and solve the current problem of Dongguk University with the power of the students."
They marched down the street from Manhae Square to Jogyesa Temple, chanting and express their opinions against the intervention of Jogye order with their placards. Lee Ji-sue, the Chairperson of the Student Council of the Departement of Advertising and Public Relations, stated, "The financial difficulties of the school was made by the school themselves. Non-democratic operation has resulted in accounting denial. President Han, who is in charge, have to take responsibility for the issue by resigning. I think that the students, who are the owners of the school, should be able to participate in the operation of the school."

After arriving at Jogyesa Temple, the participants sat on the sidewalk and listened to the remark of the speakers having lunch, which was provied by the host. Kang Hyeon-ju, the Vice Chairperson of the General Coed Student Council (GCSC), also participated in it and announced her thoughts. "There have been many events criticizing the situation until now. In the events, the students always require the same things like self-government of the stduents. I think that we can influence only by banding together," said she. They conveyed the propsal to Jogyesa Temple of the Team of General Affairs and the rally was finished.
