   On March 9th, at 1:00 P.M., the second declaration on denouncing Park Geun-hye administration was held in front of Myeongjin Hall for an hour. It was held by the Emergency Planning Committee, the General Representative Council, and the student councils of each college. In this second declaration which was held a day before the impeachment judgment, participants argued that President Park and the people related to her should step down. They repeated, “Arrest Park Geun-hye and Hwang Kyo-ahn! The impeachment is the beginning! We will win!”

   Kim Hong-kyun (Freshman, Department of Political Science & Diplomacy) said, “When I encounter issues about the President’s incompetence in the media, I was disappointed that she was the head of state.” He also added, “Now, we must fight against the corruption. On behalf of the freshmen of Dongguk, I tell all the officials of the Park Geun-hye administration to resign.”

   A total of five people recited the declaration, and Kang Bo-min, the chairperson of Emergency Planning Committee of Department of Liberal Arts, who was one of them, finished the remark saying “Beginning with the impeachment, the candlelight of the square will burn more and more. Donggukians will fight for Park Geun-hye’s impeachment.”

   At the end of the event, the students showed a performance of showing President Park Geun-hye and  Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn being imprisoned with Choi Soon-sil.
