   On October 28th, at 12:00 P.M., the General Student Council (GSC) held a declaration denouncing Park Geun-hye administration messed up by a shadow ruler, Choi Soon-sil at Paljungdo.

   The declaration was introduced by Jo Seong-woo, the vice chairperson of the GSC, and he recited the purpose of declaration. He said that the current situation, where the democracy collapsed, constitutional law destroyed, and government administration failed, made them to hold the declaration. He added, "President Park should resign from her position considering her wrong policies such as commercialization of universities and accidents regarding Sewol ferry, farmer Baek Nam-gi, and others."

   In addition, Park Moon-soo, the chairperson of the General Representative Council indicated three points people should care about regarding the issue. First of all, he said, “When criticizing Choi Soon-sil and Park Geun-hye, we should exclude the reason that they are women.” Secondly, he said that negative attitude toward shamanism itself should not be the main point for criticizing. The third point was that we should fight against the current administration with assertive behavior, not settling for the declarations.

   An-dre, the chairperson of the GSC, made a wrap up speech. He commented, “President Park should retire from her position and be on trial with Choi Soon-sil.” Also, Jung Min-ju, the chairperson of the College of Education, said, “I realized that democracy is too weak when it comes to property and inherited power. We should show interest about this case and I will take the initiative in activities such as the public rally which will be on this Saturday.”
