The Dream Path homepage has restarted its service with its redesign on May 9th. There are many changes for the new version.
Since 2014, a class called “My life, My vision” has been an essential cultural subject and its supplement was the Dream Path homepage. However, recognizing its deficiency, a new Dream Path homepage was introduced on May 9th. Although the mandatory rule is same as before, there are several changes on it.
The former page’s counseling section was divided into encouragement, scholarship, and career transition, but the present version has an integrated counseling center. This change let students counsel in various area at one go, so it has increased students’ convenience. It is also said that the gap between “developing career” and “employment preparation” has been reduced.
Moreover, in former version, students should write at least 300 letters to record their activities. But the current version has removed such a limitation. Through this change, students don’t need to write what is not in their mind and students’ creativity is expected to be enhanced.
Also, It has lots of information of getting a job, that is entirely based on the instances of Donggukians until now. It is expected to help students who are preparing for getting a job to get to know how many careers and how much grade are needed to pass certain company.
This Dream Path homepage is available to everyone who are studying in the Dongguk University including international students.
