On January 19th at 1:30 P.M., The General Student Council had 4th protest in front of the Main Hall, urging the reduction of tuition fee. The tuition fee was unchanged, but students contend it should be reduced.

Lee Jae-min, the chairperson of the College of the Social Science, mentioned, “The dispute regarding the tuition fee between school and students repeats every year. It has the same pattern all the time. At this point, school should accept the students’ demand.”

Kim Gun-jung, the former vice chairperson of the GSC, said, “We need to know if the tuition fee is used reasonably for us or not. Also, school has to make an effort to use contribution from patrons, which allows the tuition fee to be decreased.”

Right after the protest, the fourth Tuition Fee Review Commission was opened at 2:00 P.M., and it is expected to last more than three hours.
