After the press conference regarding school's action of removing the posters an bulletins on notice boards, the General Student Council had a face-to-face talk with both Office of General Affairs and Student Service.

The Office of General Affairs said, “The purpose of Clean Campus project is to solve the inconveniences caused by posters that are outdated. We have picked up several bulletins at the beginning of the semester with a responsibility to make the campus cleaner. There is no standard or political background in removal of posters and bulletins.” The office also said, ”However, we do apologize for not setting a clear standard whether to remove bulletins or not, and being inconsiderate of the students in result.”

The Office of Student Service said, “We apologize for in place of the school and will try our best not to repeat such incident.” The office also said, “Office of General Affairs must concern that students are suffering from inconvenience due to the Clean Campus project. From now on, posters or bulletins that are attached to notice boards managed by the Student Councils and Club Association should not be removed by anyone without a discussion with Office of Student Service.”

The Office of General Affairs had accepted the Office of Student Service’s opinion and decided that it would have a consultation with the Office of Student Service whether to remove the bulletin or not while is it in the operation of Clean Campus project. As a closing statement, the Office of General Affairs said, “We did not intend to offend or hurt students while removing the bulletins. The office will indeed take a closer look when detaching the posters and bulletins. We ask the Student Councils to encourage students to let them use their own campus cleaner.”
