The Department of Technology has taken time off from science and math to allow students to interact more with humanity. A humanity camp named 'LibArt 4 Engineers' was held in Dongguk University on August 20th to 23rd. Total of 75 students from 5 different universities came to participate in the camp. The plan of the camp was to enhance the capacity of creativeness that nowadays engineers require. To help out, many mentors such as former Yeonsei University professor, SBS producer and other professors came to give a speech in the camp. Through participating and listening to the speech, the students gained the chance to build their integrative thinking skills. Also enhance directed knowledge acquisition capability through field experience, interviews and debates. The three day camp ended with the presentation of each groups of the students with the topic of Hangul, the Korean language. From this humanity camp, the students from the Institute of Technology were able to take their time to build more creativity that would help out in the future.
