Four former police chiefs invited to teach at DU graduate school

Dongguk University (DU) has invited Kang Hee-rack to work as a part-time professor. Hee-rack was the formal chief for the National Police Agency. Eo Chung-soo, Choi Gi-moon, and Lee taek-soon were also invited to work at Dongguk graduate school as part-time professors. They were also the former chiefs of the National Police Agency and will teach graduate school students from March of next year.


A police law graduate school representative said “the school employed these former or current top executives, who have an abundance of experience and practical theory in order to fulfill the purpose of the new police graduate school in raising it overall quality.” 


These part-time professors will teach one class for 15 weeks and the guest professors will give a special lecture one or two time throughout the year. The police graduate school aims to train students of the highest level in criminology, criminal psychology and criminal policies. The school is accepting applications from November 22nd to December 2nd. Interviews will be held from the 4th of December.
