On November 5th, Dongguk University and Japan's Buddhism University held a symposium on the topic 'Reading about a Korean's daily life during the Japanese colonial period' in HakRimGwan. This symposium dealt with understanding real peoples’ stories during the colonial period. This joint research's purpose is to understand better the two cultures of Japan and Korea and allow for future growth in this area.
