On April 12th the Lee Hae-Rang Drama Award ceremony was held in the Lee Hae-Rang Art Theater at Dongguk University. Son Suk presided over the ceremony and the winner of the award was Kim Sung-Nyu. The Lee Hae-Rang Art Award Presentation was run by the Lee Hae-Rang Theater Foundation and Chosun Ilbo. The purpose of holding this ceremony was to commemorate the achievements of Lee Hae-Rang and to promote development of the theatrical world.
